Limited Warranty

Activa Brand Products Inc warrants the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. This is a limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover: (1) use of the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet for commercial, institutional, professional, rental, or other non-household purposes; (2) damage occurring through misuse or negligence; (3) damage resulting from service work improperly or incorrectly performed by other than Activa Brand Products Inc or its authorized Distributors; (4) damage resulting from the use of third party spare or replacement parts not meeting Activa Brand Products Inc specifications therefore; (5) cost of transportation, pick-up, delivery, house or service calls; and (6) vial adaptors.

Activa Brand Products Inc will repair any defect or repair or replace any defective parts under this limited warranty provided the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet is returned, transportation prepaid, with proof of purchase date, to the authorized Distributor from whom it was purchased or to Quality Assurance Department, Activa Brand Products Inc, 105 Industrial Cres, Summerside, PE C1N 5P8, Canada, or, with written authorization from Activa Brand Products Inc, to any other person authorized to perform warranty service. Information regarding other persons authorized to perform warranty service can be obtained by calling the Activa Brand Products Inc, Customer Relations Department at 1.800.991.4464. If the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet is found on inspection to be defective in material or workmanship it will be repaired or replaced at the option of Activa Brand Products Inc and returned to the sender, freight or postage collect. While necessary maintenance or repairs on your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet can be performed by any company, Activa Brand Products Inc recommends that all maintenance and repairs be performed by Activa Brand Products Inc or its authorized Distributors. In addition, while spare or replacement parts for your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet may be available from other manufacturers, Activa Brand Products Inc recommends that you use only Activa Brand Products Inc genuine spare and replacement parts for your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet.

This limited warranty is null and void and of no effect unless all of the following conditions are met: (1) the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet was purchased from an authorized Distributor or Activa Brand Products Inc; (2) the manufacturer’s serial number for the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet has not been changed, defaced, or removed; (3) the Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet has been used and cleaned at all times in accordance with the instruction manual and has not been subject to abuse; (4) no improper or incorrect maintenance or service work has been performed; and (5) no third party spare or replacement parts not meeting Activa Brand Products Inc specifications therefore have been installed on your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet.

This limited warranty terminates if you sell or transfer your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet.

Any repair or replacement of a defective part under this limited warranty will be warrantied for one year or until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer

There is no other express warranty applicable to your Zoë Needle-Free Insulin Jet. Implied warranties, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of the time during which the express warranty given herein is in effect. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. All consequential or other damages resulting from breach of this limited warranty are excluded from coverage under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The invalidity of any limitation of this limited warranty shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions.

Activa Brand Products Inc does not assume or authorize anyone to assume any additional liability.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Activa Brand Products Inc will comply with any applicable laws and honor any rights that you may have thereunder.
